Job Description / Requirements
1) Responsible in providing excellent customer service experience
2) Answering queries of customers through phone, chat and email
3) Ensuring that customers concerns will be answered, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
4) Cancel and upgrade orders as per customers preference
5) Represents our company to customer when being asked about information about the company and our products.
6) Responsible in updating customers with the orders that needs to undergo verification process.
7) Offers alternative items to customers when item that was originally ordered was out of stock.
8) Cancelling orders that did not pass verification process/refuse to go through verification
9) Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Job Requirement:
1) At least 2-3 years work experience as CSR/TSR in a BPO Industry
2) This is a homebase job – internet speed test must be at least 3mbps
3) Willing to work on shifting schedules
